The Wasatch Front Regional Council, as the designated Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for the Salt Lake City/Ogden, UT MSA, has the responsibility for, among other things, the transportation planning activities for this area.  As input to this effort, the WFRC develops and provides socioeconomic estimates and projections.  These figures are also used by local planners, consultants, and other interested parties for use in other planning related activities.  In the past, these estimates and projections have only been available in hard copy format and had to be requested.  In an effort to reduce costs, these estimates and projections will now be made available via the WFRC web site.
