The 18 members that make up the Regional Council are responsible for the distribution of Federal transportation funding through their approval of the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and the Long Range Transportation Plan (LRP). The TIP is updated annually and amended as needed. The LRP is revised every three years. The Regional Council typically meets the 4^th Thursday of each month. Check the meetings list on the front page. The agenda will be posted as it becomes available (usually one week prior to the meeting). Minutes are posted after the Regional Council, usually at the next meeting, approves them.
